A growing Multi-Family Office based in Geneva is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Administrator to support the management and administration of a range of predominantly hedge fund structures. . Description Working closely with the Head of Fund Operations based in another country, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration of Cayman-based funds, ensuring the smooth execution of operational, reporting, and investor-related activities. Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administration of investment funds, primarily hedge funds. Liaise with external administrators, custodians, auditors, legal advisors, and other service providers. Review and monitor NAV calculations prepared by third-party administrators. Coordinate subscription, redemption, and transfer processes. Manage investor documentation, subscription agreements, and onboarding requirements. Assist with fund launches and the setup of new fund structures. Monitor fund cash movements and operational workflows. Ensure timely completion of reporting, regulatory, and administrative requirements. Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and controls. Act as a key point of contact for fund-related operational matters within the Geneva office. Profile Profile Around 3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, middle office, or a similar role within asset management, a fund administrator, a hedge fund, or a family office. Knowledge of Cayman fund structures and hedge fund operations is highly desirable. Familiarity with NAV calculations, subscriptions/redemptions, transfers, and investor servicing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities. Strong communication and coordination skills.
