You design and govern enterprise-wide Identity & Access Management architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, defining standards for authentication, authorization, and privileged access. ## Tasks - Design, govern, and evolve enterprise-wide IAM architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments - Define IAM standards, policies, and architecture principles for authentication, authorization, and federation - Design secure identity and access concepts for employees, partners, service accounts, APIs, and privileged users - Act as trusted advisor for business and technology teams on secure-by-design IAM solutions - Assess identity-related risks, conduct security and architecture reviews, and support incident response ## Profile - Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management within complex enterprise environments - Strong expertise in authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, role design, and PAM - Hands-on experience with IAM and Identity Governance platforms such as Sailpoint, Omada, One Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory - Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and NIS2 - Fluent in English ## Offer - 80-100% workload - Start upon agreement - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position ## Company Industrial technology Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/identity-access-management-architect-tah-59w6w/
