HR Workday Coordinator - 6 weeks

We are seeking an experienced HR Workday Coordinator to support a fast-paced international organization during a one-month assignment. Reporting to the HR Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of employee data within Workday while providing day-to-day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. This mission is for 6 weeks. Our client is an international organisation. Missions Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Process HR transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and terminations. Perform regular data audits and identify discrepancies within HR systems. Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making. Support data cleansing initiatives and system updates. Coordinate employee documentation and maintain personnel records. Manage HR administrative processes related to onboarding, offboarding, contract amendments, and employee lifecycle events. Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager queries related to Workday and HR administration. Liaise with payroll and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate employee data flows. Support ongoing HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Profil du candidat Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Coordination. Strong hands-on experience with Workday is mandatory. Comfortable working with large volumes of HR data and reporting. Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. Experience in an international environment is an advantage. Fluent English required; French is a plus. Available to start immediately.
