About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich within the Food & Beverage Department, the Service Casuals are responsible for assisting with service delivery, maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards, and contributing to smooth operations across all F&B outlets. The Service Casual reports to the respective F&B Manager or F&B Supervisor. YOUR TASKS As a service casual, you will be responsible for the following duties: - Support the F&B team in delivering exceptional, high-standard guest service - Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation meet luxury standards - Help maintain flawless cleanliness, mise-en-place, and setup of dining and service areas - Provide operational support across multiple outlets, including banquets, brasserie, bar, lounge, rooftop, and room service - Ensure smooth service flow by clearing, resetting, and replenishing tables and service stations - Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams while adhering to strict hygiene, safety, and luxury service protocols YOUR PROFILE As a service casual, we expect from you: - High level of commitment as well as a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working - High quality awareness - Engaging communication and expression skills, open-mindedness as well as teamwork skills - Excellent manners and well-groomed appearance, as well as a positive charisma - Supporting the team in the accomplishment of daily tasks - Assisting in the preparation and execution of special events - Adherence to hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines YOUR BENEFITS Our commitment to you: - Learning & Development.
