Then we definitely need to get to know each other! ## This is what your job will be like: ## * You advise and support our clients at CxO level on topics such as IT strategy, enterprise architecture management, governance, operating models, business-IT alignment, programme and project management. * As a former CIO or IT manager, you take on interim mandates in leadership roles or support these roles as a sparring partner. * You independently carry out consulting mandates and assist in lead generation and proposal creation together with the sales team. * You build long-term, trusting customer relationships and maintain them sustainably. * You identify new business potentials through innovative technologies and concepts, actively contributing to the further development of our consulting team and its services. ## What you should bring: ## * Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in information technology, business informatics or business administration. * Several years of proven professional experience as a CIO or IT manager (at least 4 years). * Proactive, analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of independence. * Very good communication skills, team spirit and service orientation - even in challenging situations. * Flawless German spoken and written as well as good English skills; French is an advantage. * Willingness to travel within Switzerland, depending on the mandates. ## What makes your dream job: ## * You are part of the Netrics family, a young, motivated team in a highly energetic environment. * You enjoy being on a speedboat and helping to set the course.
