# **Deine Zukunft beginnt hier** # As a Promotion Manager at Wingo, you will manage promotions end-to-end from creation and configuration to optimization and delivery. You-ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, and other teams to ensure successful execution. You-ll also drive improvements to our promotion tools, support ad-hoc initiatives, and turn business needs into effective promotional solutions. At Wingo, we value initiative, simplicity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customers and growth. * Coordinate promotional activities with all relevant departments (Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, etc.). * Create and configure promotions directly in our internal system. * Organize and lead testing in collaboration with the Q&A team to ensure flawless launches. * Be a driving force in the development and continuous improvement of our promotion creation tool. * Manage the full promotion delivery lifecycle and ensure alignment with Wingo's business and commercial objectives. **Your Profile** * Strong initiative, sense of ownership, and analytical mindset. * Experience in project or product management within a technology-driven environment. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. * Comfortable working in a dynamic and agile environment. * Fluent in German, French or English with strong skills in one of the other. * Comfortable working in a hybrid model (remote / on-site).
