Lead projects and handle preliminary investigations with clients. Manage project documentation and procurement tasks efficiently. Skills Degree in geology, environmental sciences, or related field; 7 years' experience. Strong communication skills in German; other languages a plus. Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive individual with leadership experience. Your main tasks include: Planning, management and execution of investigations (contaminated sites/waste/soil) Preparation of tender documents and evaluation of offers including award recommendations Handling of detailed investigations and remediation projects (including variant studies, implementation and disposal concepts) Medium and large specialist site management contaminated sites/waste/soil in planning and execution including documentation Quality assurance of small and medium projects, depending on experience also larger or more complex projects (including contaminated sites law investigations and cost estimates) Project support of JPL Project acquisition for new assignments and preparation of offers (all topics and scopes) Independent regular invoicing, budget controlling as well as submission of supplements You bring with you: Completed studies in geology, environmental sciences, civil engineering or a comparable education Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the fields of contaminated sites and geology/hydrogeology, possibly geotechnics, geotechnics Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in jointly leading a team Excellent German and French language skills are required Reliable and responsible working style, high social competence as well as good communication skills and assertiveness A motivated, team-oriented and humorous personality We offer you: A responsible and varied activity in a future-oriented company with a strong team spirit as well as the opportunity to help shape the department strategy in a shared leadership model.
