Working closely with our Chief Product & Operating Officer (CPOO), you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into products, shaping our product strategy and driving execution from concept to impact. You’ll turn market opportunities into scalable B2B services that create real customer value and drive global growth. Your Impact Own the vision, strategy, roadmap and commercial success of a next-generation digital roaming service for international telecom providers and enterprise customers. Shape product vision, strategy and roadmap — and champion it with stakeholders and the Executive Board Spot market opportunities, customer needs and industry trends to fuel innovation and growth Lead product discovery, validation and business case development Define commercial models, pricing, value propositions and go-to-market Turn ideas into scalable, market-ready services Partner with Technology and Operations to ensure successful delivery and scalability Build strong relationships with international customers, partners and industry stakeholders Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards Your profile 5+ years in Product Management within telecom, technology, SaaS, digital platforms or B2B services Proven track record of launching and growing innovative products or digital services Experience owning products end-to-end, from market opportunity and business case to launch and growth Strong understanding of telecom, international connectivity, wholesale or adjacent digital markets Ability to turn market opportunities into successful commercial offerings Experienced in working with international, cross-functional stakeholders Strong analytical, business and communication skills Familiarity with compliance, risk, audit and operational governance About you Strategic, customer-focused and passionate about digital innovation Commercial mindset with a track record in product growth and B2B services Analytical, pragmatic and solution-oriented Strong communicator and confident stakeholder manager Able to influence and align international teams Entrepreneurial, hands-on and results-driven Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Eligibility: Open to Swiss and EU nationals, as well as candidates holding a valid Swiss work permit.
