# Material Handler II # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Solothurn Start date: asap Reference number: 897593/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, transferring, and shipping materials in accordance with cGMP requirements * Perform weighing and dispensing activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of all material transactions * Maintain material inventory and transaction records using Oracle and Syncade, ensuring data integrity and traceability * Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to support internal material movements and warehouse activities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability, support production requirements, and maintain a safe and organized work environment ### Profile ### * Previous experience in Warehouse, Materials Management, Logistics, or Manufacturing Operations within a regulated environment (preferably cGMP, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology) * Hands-on experience with Oracle and Syncade systems is required * Valid Forklift License and demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment safely * Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and understanding of GMP compliance requirements * English language proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively and follow written procedures ### Benefits ### * A pleasant work environment * A varied role at a renowned company * Support throughout the entire application process
