We are looking for a Group Leader (mini toddlers) at 80-100% for our KidsCare nursery in Bulle: Group Leader (mini toddlers) at 80-100% Your mission As an early childhood professional, you play a key role in the overall development of the child and the implementation of the centre's educational project. You support each child in an environment of trust, emotional security, and openness to the world, while ensuring strong links between the team, families, and the centre. Finally, you supervise a small team composed of ASE, interns, and APE, thus fulfilling a complete managerial role. Your profile Qualified ASE or equivalent recognised by the competent authority. Bilingual French/English is an asset. Previous experience in team management. Awareness of issues related to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity. Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment, both for children and your team.
