* A dynamic and family-sized environment * Daily ## About Our Client ## An internatioanl energy, trading & commodities company. ## Job Description ## **Key responsabilities:** * Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements related to trading, logistics, and business operations. * Provide day-to-day legal support to commercial, operations, and finance teams on contractual and regulatory matters. * Assist with compliance, KYC, and onboarding procedures to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. * Support the management of contractual disputes, insurance claims, and operational issues arising from trading activities. * Conduct legal research and regulatory monitoring to support risk management and business decision-making. ## The Successful Applicant ## **Successful candidate:** * Master's degree in Law from a reputable university, ideally with a focus on International Trade Law, Maritime Law, Commercial Law, or related disciplines. * 2 year's of relevant professional experience gained within a commodity trading company, shipping organization, or a law firm advising clients in the commodities sector. * Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential, additional languages are considered an asset. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across different functions and jurisdictions. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach. * Highly organized, proactive, and capable of performing in a demanding and fast-moving environment. ## What's on Offer ## A unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to international commodity trading transactions and complex cross-border legal matters.
