* Agile environment * International environment ## About Our Client ## Our client is an international company located in Geneva ## Job Description ## We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into high-quality technological solutions. This role requires strong experience in international organizations, exposure to global environments, and a solid background working within Agile delivery frameworks. * Collaborate with global business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements * Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications * Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams * Support the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions aligned with business objectives * Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) * Create and maintain documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria * Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives * Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements and validate delivered solutions against business expectations * Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and contribute to quality assurance * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and IT solutions ## The Successful Applicant ## * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field * Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst (typically 5+ years) * Strong experience working in international companies, with exposure to global and multicultural environments * Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) * Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) * Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and integration concepts * Fluent in English (written and spoken) ## What's on Offer ## Attractive package and environment Quote job ref JN-102026-7122334 Job Function Information Technology Specialisation IT Business Analysis Industry Industrial / Manufacturing Where Geneva Contract Type Permanent Job Reference JN-102026-7122334
