Incident & Vulnerability Coordinator – Cyber Security

You coordinate incident response and vulnerability management for a cybersecurity unit, acting as the bridge between technical teams and the business. ## Tasks - Own and maintain the incident response plan, keeping it current and effective - Serve as primary point of contact during incidents and vulnerability activities - Keep stakeholders informed and aligned during incidents - Maintain ongoing communication with product and engineering teams on vulnerabilities - Produce clear, actionable reports on incidents and vulnerability posture - Lead lessons-learned processes and integrate findings into playbooks and training - Develop and deliver training on security incident and vulnerability handling ## Profile - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field - 5–10 years of experience in incident response and vulnerability management - Hands-on experience with incident management platforms and vulnerability scanning tools - Strong coordination and problem-solving skills across teams and functions - Fluent English, able to explain complex security topics to non-technical audiences - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are a plus - German or additional languages are a plus ## Offer - 80-100% workload - Hybrid work model (mobile working and on-site) - 3–6 months interim, then a permanent position ## Company Building technology Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/incident-vulnerability-coordinator-cyber-security-tah-pdkhh/
