# Harness Designer (Zuken E3) # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Fribourg Start date: asap Reference number: 891049/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Design and optimize wiring harness assemblies for combustion engines, considering cost, quality, and technical requirements * Create 2D electrical schematics, wiring harness drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) using Zuken E3 * Select and define cables, connectors, and other cabling components * Support PLM processes, including BOM creation, release management, and technical documentation * Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, while supporting prototype and series validation tests ### Profile ### * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or Design Engineering * Solid experience in wiring harness design and development * Strong knowledge of Zuken E3 (mandatory); experience with PTC Creo Cabling is an advantage * Experience with BOM management and PLM systems, ideally Albatros * Fluent English; French and/or German are advantageous ### Benefits ### * Opportunity to gain valuable professional experience with a renowned international company * Possibility of project extension depending on business needs and project development * Dedicated and reliable support throughout the entire assignment * Exclusive access to leading companies and exciting projects through Hays as a trusted and established partner * Professional support throughout the application process, including CV optimization and interview preparation
