Excelsia is seeking a freelance Lean Management trainer consultant. This role offers a flexible work environment with opportunities for impactful training. Tasks Prepare and deliver Lean Management training sessions, certified by IASSC. Advise companies on implementing Lean approaches effectively. Adapt training sessions to participants' needs in French or English. Skills Significant field experience in Lean Management is essential. Strong communication skills in French and English are preferred. Ability to engage and motivate diverse participants. To strengthen its teams, Excelsia is looking for a Lean Management trainer consultant Status: Freelance (billing based on services performed) Activity volume: A few days per year. Location: Switzerland – around Fribourg initially. Assignments: Prepare and conduct Lean Management training, certified (IASSC® Lean Six Sigma) or customized. Advise companies and administrations on the implementation of the Lean approach. Profile: Mandatory criteria: Significant practical experience in Lean Management. Attentive, flexible approach, proactive, ability to quickly adapt to participants' requests. Ability to conduct training sessions in French or English Mobile in Romandy, on non-consecutive days Valid IASSC® or ASQ Certified Black Belt™ ICYB™ certification, with a score of at least 75%.
