Audit Assistant

As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our Audit teams in Geneva or Lausanne and are looking for an Audit Assistant (100%), available in September or October 2026. Your mission: Participate in audit engagements for local and international clients under the supervision of managers and partners. Assist in the execution of ordinary, limited, and IFRS audits. Prepare audit documentation and perform audit testing in accordance with RSM methodology. Contribute to special audit assignments and other assurance engagements. Develop your knowledge of the RSM audit approach, methodologies, and tools. Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients while delivering high-quality service. Act as an ambassador of RSM, promoting our values, culture, and team spirit. Your profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field. Previous audit experience is an asset. Strong interest in accounting and auditing, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally. Good understanding of accounting and auditing principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Fluent in French and English; German is a plus. Workplace: Geneva or Lausanne Start Date: September / October 2026
