As part of a growing AI team, they are looking for an experienced **AI Engineer** to design and deliver intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business users across multiple functions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide AI initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment. * Design, develop and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs). * Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions from concept through production. * Build reusable AI components, prompts and automation capabilities to support multiple use cases. * Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources through APIs and connectors. * Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve reliability and performance. * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver practical solutions. * Define testing methodologies and evaluate AI solution performance before deployment. * Support user adoption through documentation, demonstrations and knowledge transfer. * Contribute to AI best practices, governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for further automation and optimization. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience). * Proven experience developing AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs). * Experience building AI agents, copilots or intelligent automation solutions. * Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques. * Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems. * Good programming skills in **Python** and/or **JavaScript / TypeScript**. * Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, maintainable code). * Experience designing scalable and reusable AI architectures is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments is considered a strong asset. * Fluent English required. \#LI-Hybrid
