The role leads the architecture and delivery of scalable AI/ML systems and data pipelines that enable scientific research teams to leverage AI tools effectively. ## Tasks - Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of agentic AI solutions and data pipelines - Drive end-to-end delivery of high-impact products, establishing best practices for testing, CI/CD, and documentation - Shape foundational architecture decisions and champion best practices through code reviews - Resolve technical bottlenecks and contribute across the stack as needed - Stay current with emerging technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning ## Profile - Master's degree with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 3+ years, in Computer Science or related field - Experience across the ML lifecycle including GPU optimization, model performance, and cloud-native architecture - Solid knowledge of statistics and ML theory, plus AI/ML frameworks and toolsets - Track record delivering AI/ML products and guiding cross-functional teams - Strong communication skills, able to translate technical complexity for diverse audiences - Experience with biological data, workflow automation, GenAI, or agents is a plus ## Company Pharmaceutical research Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/senior-machine-learning-engineer-ai-enablement-tah-zjt85/
