Device Technology Deployment Manager – Robotics & Automation

You lead the deployment of robotics and automation technologies in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, from proof-of-concept through network-wide scaling. ## Tasks - Lead robotics deployment projects in GxP-regulated manufacturing and logistics from concept to qualification - Drive feasibility assessments, proof-of-concept trials and site pilot implementations - Translate global robotics and automation roadmaps into site-level execution plans - Establish and validate hardware, software, safety interlock and cybersecurity standards - Act as liaison between technical development, engineering, IT/OT, quality and operations - Integrate robotic controllers, fleet management systems and computer vision into MES, SCADA, ERP - Manage robotics and automation vendors including RFPs, design reviews and performance monitoring ## Profile - Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical or Automation Engineering - 6+ years of hands-on experience in robotics integration or automation deployment in regulated industries - Experience with Capital Expenditure project lifecycles including Commissioning, Qualification and Validation - Ability to lead multi-site project teams without direct hierarchical authority - Solid understanding of IT/OT layers such as SCADA and MES - Basic data processing or coding literacy, for example Python or SQL - Hands-on experience deploying assembly and packaging automation in device and packaging environments ## Company Pharmaceutical manufacturing Apply online via Try&Hire with your profile — https://tryandhire.io/ch-en/jobs/e/device-technology-deployment-manager-robotics-automation-tah-7rjar/
