DEINE AUFGABEN Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag für eine leistungsfördernde und wertschätzende Kultur innerhalb des Führungsbereichs Hotel-Service/ Guest Relations Du planst und führst Teamsitzungen und Mitarbeitergespräche Du führst Mitarbeiterschulungen im Bereich der Hotellerie und Kundenorientierung durch und leitest die Mitarbeitenden an Du sorgst für das persönliche Wohlbefinden unserer Privatpatienten im nichtmedizinischen Bereich und stellst damit die Patientenzufriedenheit sicher Du bist verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf von Mahlzeitenbestellungen und -Service auf den definierten Bettenabteilungen Du nimmst Anregungen wie auch Beschwerden entgegen und bearbeitest diese kompetent und professionell DEIN PROFIL Du hast eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie/Restauration Von Vorteil verfügst du über eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung Du hast bereits einige Jahre Führungserfahrung gesammelt Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil Du bist versiert im Umgang mit moderner IT-Infrastruktur Eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, hohe Flexibilität und diplomatisches Geschick runden dein Profil ab Vielleicht ist das die Chance, auf die du gewartet hast!
