**About notus** At notus, we build content engines for B2B founders and executives. We help them use the best marketing asset there is — people — through personal-brand-led content that communicates expertise, builds trust and supports business growth. Our roots are in New York City, where our founder, Marvin Sanginés, began documenting his journey building a marketing agency in 2020. He found that his own personal brand created the most value and opportunity, so he set out to offer clients the same. A few years on, we work with founders and executives across an international portfolio. Our international portfolio spans wealth and asset-management technology, enterprise B2B software, fintech and digital assets, AI and technology, hospitality, and private equity. notus is young and growing fast. Our team is made up of driven people with a love for content, an eye for detail and a lot of positive energy. In this role you get to learn from successful founders and executives every day, and we support you in developing your own professional profile too, subject to client confidentiality. **The role** We're looking for a Team Lead Content Strategist: a senior content-strategy role that supports our leadership on strategy, quality and delivery across our international, English-language client portfolio. You'll help coordinate a pod of 3–5 content strategists and take strategic responsibility for a portfolio of C-level clients, working closely with and reporting to our COO. Your focus is the day-to-day content strategy, quality and coordination that deliver them. Coordinate the pod - Provide strategy input and quality assurance on the work of 3–5 content strategists, supporting final approvals before work reaches a client. - Run 1:1s, performance check-ins, team development and skill-building. - Support interviewing and onboarding of new strategists. Senior client responsibility - Take senior strategic responsibility for a portfolio of C-level clients: media strategy, content architecture, editorial direction and the recurring content calls the material comes from - Write and edit in the voice of founders, CFOs, CROs, fund managers and platform executives, at publication standard, for professional and institutional audiences. - Run onboarding and deep-dive workshops, and quarterly and annual performance reviews with C-suite clients. - Attend client events and give content direction on site. - Grow the offering - Help extend client strategy beyond LinkedIn into multi-channel media strategies. - Support GTM engagements — outreach and lead generation as an extension of the content engine — in partnership with the GTM team. - Support the wider book - Work alongside the COO on oversight across notus's wider portfolio, acting as an early point of contact when an account needs a new strategy and preparing options for leadership. - Contribute to pre-sales: outreach, pitch decks and proposals. - Codify what works into frameworks, templates, QA rubrics, onboarding processes and written standards the wider strategist group works from. **What you bring** Essential - At least 3 years in a client-facing professional role within financial services and/or B2B software and platform businesses. You will be writing in the voice of finance and platform executives and judging whether a claim is accurate before it publishes under their name — domain literacy here is the quality control. - A portfolio of published, executive-voice thought-leadership content for founders and C-level clients. Please submit only work you are authorised to disclose. - Experience coordinating or supporting a delivery team, including quality assurance of the team's client-facing output. - Written English at publication standard for North American, UK and international professional audiences (C2 level or demonstrably equivalent professional proficiency), evidenced by a portfolio of published English-language executive content. - Experience handling confidential, regulated or commercially sensitive subject matter responsibly, including recognising when content needs compliance review. - Willingness to occasionally join client calls in the evening (CET) to accommodate international clients. - Working fluency with LinkedIn as a B2B distribution channel and with analytics-led content iteration. Strong advantages - Agency or consultancy experience across a large client portfolio. - A formal finance qualification: FINRA SIE or Series 7, CFA-level study, or equivalent. - Direct sector experience in wealth or asset-management technology, fintech or digital assets, enterprise SaaS, AI, hospitality technology or private equity. - Experience with paid amplification alongside organic content, and hands-on outbound or demand-generation experience (Sales Navigator, HeyReach or similar). - Experience extending executive strategy beyond LinkedIn into other channels. German or other additional languages are an asset, not a requirement. This role serves our English-language international portfolio; our DACH clients are served by German-speaking strategists and copywriters. **Working style** - Detail-oriented, with high personal quality standards. - Able to hold and switch between different executives' voices, industries and risk tolerances. - A proactive, reliable communicator. - Genuinely curious about business, finance and technology. - Open to feedback and iteration without ego, and committed to consistently high-quality work and continuous improvement. **What we offer** - A permanent, full-time position with notus GmbH (Schweiz). - An international, collaborative team of experienced professionals. - Access to all internal training resources and courses. - Direct exposure to senior executives and international B2B brands. - A quality-focused working environment that wants to see you succeed and grow. - A permanent 100% position with a discretionary bonus for introducing new business under a documented bonus policy. **How to apply** Please send: - Your CV. - A portfolio of published executive-voice content in English, noting which pieces you wrote, edited or approved and for what kind of client. Please submit only work you are authorised to disclose — no confidential, privileged, personal or non-public client information. - A short note on your experience inside financial services or B2B software, and how you use it in content work. - A short note on your experience coordinating or quality-assuring other strategists' work. - A 3–5 minute Loom video or an equivalent written response covering: (1) who you are and (2) why you are a fit. - Please name 1–3 professional references (former employers or clients) with their name, your relationship, and a contact email or attach written references. - Your availability and salary expectations. - Please start your application with the words CONTENT ENGINE so we know you read the brief properly.
