###### Job Informationen ###### Location: Pfäffikon SZ (Homeoffice möglich) Workload: 100% Your tasks: Within the Solution Architecture and Engineering IT organization, you drive the firm-wide adoption of strategic technologies and the delivery of technology projects, from architectural vision to scalable implementation. You design, implement and continuously evolve the software and technology landscape, take end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives and are accountable for architectural and technology decisions. You contribute to the enterprise technology strategy and to the adoption of shared, scalable platforms and technologies (including AI), assess emerging technologies, design technical solutions for the integration, optimization and automation of business processes and co-steer the demand and prioritization process together with other Solution Architects and Business Owners. Your profile: You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect and/or Lead Software Engineer, with a strong track record in the hands-on design and delivery of enterprise-scale software ecosystems. You have practical expertise in key enabling technologies such as AI, cloud architecture and shared platforms, a deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles and engineering practices (architecture governance, DevOps, CI/CD, QA, operational readiness) and a hands-on mindset with curiosity for new technologies. Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, experience in financial services or asset management is an advantage. Excellent English is required, German is a plus.
