Expand service offerings, including spare parts business in the area. Skills Completed training in mechatronics or related fields; experience in medical technology preferred. Fluent in French and German; good English skills are a plus. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Your tasks You independently carry out installations, commissioning, repairs, and maintenance of our systems at the customer site in Western Switzerland Comprehensive support of existing customers with corresponding service deployments, as well as analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of faults Expansion of service offerings including spare parts business in the support area Advising customers on technical and technological questions Ensuring smooth processes and high customer satisfaction Documentation of deployments using service reports Compliance with safety regulations at the customer site Your profile Completed training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or sanitary or heating with knowledge in electricity and enthusiasm for technical products Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of medical technology You have already gained experience in field service and are willing to travel in the Western Switzerland region.
