Geneva | 14 Oct - 31 Dec 2026 | Fixed-Term Contract We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Officer to support a high-profile international gender equality programme during a maternity cover assignment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate programme and grant close-out activities Manage partner relationships, budgets, timelines, and reporting Support governance and steering committee activities Lead operational readiness for the next programme phase Monitor risks, milestones, and programme performance Your Profile Degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, or similar Strong project/programme management experience Experience managing multiple stakeholders, budgets, and deliverables Excellent communication and organisational skills Fluent English; French is an advantage What We Offer Opportunity to contribute to impactful gender equality initiatives International and collaborative environment Geneva-based role with immediate impact Please note: We can only consider applicants holding a valid Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport.
