Ce rôle offre une occasion unique d'évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif. ## Tâches ## * Identifier les exigences commerciales à partir des directives réglementaires. * Réaliser des analyses des écarts des processus opérationnels existants. * Organiser des ateliers et conduire des discussions conceptuelles avec les parties prenantes. ## Compétences ## * Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en régulation des marchés financiers et cadres réglementaires. * Compétences analytiques solides et approche pragmatique. * Gestion efficace des parties prenantes et excellente collaboration. ### Your Role ### As Senior FMI Business Analyst you support our project team in various regulatory financial market infrastructure related initiatives, such as the implementation of the MIFIR requirements, as well as optimization of the current setup of EMIR Refit and FMIA related processes. ### Your Responsibilities ### * Derive precise business requirements from regulatory guidelines and internal non-regulatory needs * Perform gap analyses to determine applicable requirements based on existing trading and operational processes * Develop pragmatic solutions with technical experts and prepare business requirement documents and IT tickets * Organize workshops and lead conceptual discussions with stakeholders including Front Office and IT * Conduct system and user acceptance testing while discussing results with relevant stakeholders * Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery * Analyze complex business processes to identify opportunities for optimization within existing setups ### Your Profile ### * At least 6 years of proven experience in the field of financial market regulation and with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, MiFIR, FMIA, or SFTR * Strong analytical skills and a well-structured, practical and pragmatic approach * Ability to quickly understand complex problems and develop robust practical solutions * Strong understanding of trading processes for cash and derivative products, including their lifecycle events * Solid knowledge of front-to-back processes concerning trade booking * Ability to work independently, drive projects forward and meet strict deadlines * Excellent stakeholder management and a collaborative approach with various stakeholders at all seniority levels * Fluency in English ### Your Benefits ### * Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank * Central city office locations across Switzerland * Above average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank * Contribution to health insurance and meal allowance * Global growth strategy and stable environment * Competitive offering ### About us ### As a leading sustainable private bank, we offer dynamic and personalized services in investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients.Our success depends on the enthusiasm and commitment of our employees and we value each person with their unique technical expertise, professional qualifications and social skills.
