Stadtwerk Winterthur offers attractive employment conditions and challenging tasks to its employees. ## Your Tasks ## The energy contracting division is active in the heating and cooling supply of individual properties up to entire districts as well as in the implementation of photovoltaic systems. We make a valuable contribution to achieving the climate goals of the city of Winterthur and also operate on the open market with contracting solutions. Engage as a project manager in the realisation of these innovative and ecologically sensible technologies and thus contribute to the further expansion of our successful profit centre. * Overall project management of heating projects - from feasibility study through planning and realisation to commissioning and handover. * Development of project-specific decision bases, technical specifications, evaluation of suppliers and products, preparation of project calculations, tender documents and offer evaluations. * Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams, coordination of external planners, contractors and authorities. * You support our sales team in the acquisition phase and contract conclusions. * You develop innovative energy supply solutions together with our customers and take overall responsibility for their successful implementation - from the idea to handover to operation. ## Your Profile ## * Technical basic training as heating, sanitary, electrical installer EFZ or heating-civil engineering planner EFZ as well as further training at HF level, or completed studies as an engineer FH specialising in civil engineering, energy technology, HVAC, architecture, environment or construction, electrical engineering. * You have experience in planning and implementing energy, district heating, HVAC or infrastructure projects. * You are an entrepreneurial-minded personality and like to take responsibility. * You know how to bring together different stakeholders and successfully drive projects forward even in challenging situations. * Your structured and conceptual thinking and your independent, initiative and goal-oriented way of working are the basis for successful project work. * You have good user knowledge of MS Office and SAP and are familiar with the relevant standards, regulations and laws. ## What We Offer ## * 5 weeks holiday, an additional week from age 55 * Holiday purchase at full-time employment * Contribution to external training * 15 days paid paternity leave (100% salary) * Versatile training opportunities ## Contact ## **Your questions** about the position will be gladly answered by Arsim Dermaku, Head of Engineering, +41 52 267 31 29. **Learn more?** https://stadt.winterthur.ch/ **We look forward to receiving your online application.** For this position, we can only consider direct applications.
