### Your tasks ### * Manage new product development projects end-to-end, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and deadlines; report progress and deviations to management. * Coordinate and assess internal and external development partners, focusing on expertise, efficiency, and quality. * Lead core team meetings, reviews, and workshops; maintain full project documentation throughout the lifecycle. * Actively participate in requirement engineering in close cooperation with product management, in line with global standards and guidelines. * Drive stakeholder management, cross-project cooperation, and continuous improvement of local processes and procedures. ### Your profile ### * University degree in Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background with relevant further education. * 2-4 years of experience project management in a multidisciplinary industrial environment. * Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools (WBS, scheduling, risk management, DFMEA/PFMEA) and MS Project, MS Office, and SAP. * Structured and independent working style, strong communication skills, and confidence in presenting to diverse audiences. * Fluent in Italian. English level B2 or higher. --------------------
