To continue bringing innovative solutions to the market, we are looking for you to strengthen our team as Product Owner and Scrum Master m/f/d 80-100 % WHAT YOU CAN EXPERIENCE… You are responsible for the Product Backlog and further develop the product roadmap together with stakeholders. You formulate epics, features, and user stories and prioritise them according to customer benefit and company goals. You take on the role of Scrum Master and ensure an efficient, transparent, and sustainable development process. You plan and moderate the meetings. You support the development team in removing obstacles and promote continuous improvement. You work closely with development, consulting, support, as well as marketing and sales. You analyse customer requirements and market trends together with product management and derive new product ideas and optimisations. YOUR QUALITIES ARE… Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a comparable role. Sound knowledge of agile development methods. Ideally a certification as Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. You bring experience in the field of Enterprise or IT Service Management. Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Strong communication skills, moderation skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders. Independent, reliable, and responsible working style. Very good German skills (native/C2) as well as good English skills (B2). WHAT DO YOU WANT?
