To strengthen our Legal & Regulatory department, we are looking for a versatile and business-minded Position Summary We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal & Regulatory Team and provide practical, business-oriented legal support across a broad range of areas, including commercial contracts, telecommunications law, data privacy and AI compliance, employment law, construction and environmental law, corporate law, unfair competition law, national security law, and regulatory affairs. This is a generalist, hands-on role suited to a lawyer who enjoys variety and wants to build broad in-house experience. The candidate will interact daily with internal stakeholders across departments, senior leaders, external authorities and institutions, and will contribute to and help manage cross-functional projects across the organization. Reporting to the General Counsel of the company, this role requires a pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented lawyer with a genuine interest in technology and telecommunications. Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial and telecommunications contracts, in particular in the areas of procurement, distribution, marketing, and B2B Manage contracts through their full lifecycle, from negotiation to ongoing administration Manage public and private law litigation matters Draft, review and maintain corporate governance documentation Provide general legal support and practical guidance to all departments Interact daily with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, external authorities and institutions Participate in, contribute to, and help manage cross-functional projects Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to telecommunications and translate them into practical guidance for the internal stakeholders Profile MLaw / lic. iur. from a Swiss university; LL.M. and/or bar exam Several years of post-qualification legal experience, gained in-house and/or within a law firm Regulatory experience is considered a strong advantage Keen to explore and learn across various areas of law Technologically inclined, with a genuine interest in IT and telecommunications Team player who is open-minded, communicative and collaborative Self-motivated, hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented Languages Fluent German and English are mandatory French is considered a major asset What We Offer An interesting and diverse field of activity in a dynamic, international, and entrepreneurial working environment with a flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths A unique start-up corporate culture where proactivity and personal commitment are highly valued Flexible base location in Zurich, Bienne, or Lausanne (Prilly – Malley)
