# HVAC Project Engineer # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Visp Start date: asap Reference number: 897853/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Define and implement HVAC concepts and technical requirements for CAPEX projects * Provide technical oversight of HVAC systems throughout the project lifecycle * Coordinate with Process Engineering, EI&C, Mechanical & Piping, Architecture, EHS and Fire Protection * Manage contractors, vendors and external engineering partners * Ensure project delivery regarding cost, schedule, quality and compliance * Participate in 3D design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination * Identify and resolve technical issues and design clashes * Oversee commissioning, functional testing and acceptance activities * Review and hand over as-built documentation * Ensure a smooth transfer of HVAC systems to Operations and end users ### Profile ### * Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering or a related discipline * Relevant engineering, project execution or operational experience * Extensive experience with HVAC systems and infrastructure * Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical or industrial manufacturing environments * Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes, regulations and industry standards * Experience with commissioning and integrated testing activities * Strong contractor, vendor and stakeholder management skills * GMP and cleanroom experience would be advantageous * Business-fluent German and basic to intermediate English * Structured, detail-oriented and independent working style ### Benefits ### * Key technical role within complex CAPEX projects * Responsibility across the complete HVAC project lifecycle * Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialists * Involvement in 3D design reviews, commissioning and system handover * Opportunity to work in a pharmaceutical and industrial project environment * High level of technical ownership and stakeholder interaction
