* Partner with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle * Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and act as a trusted HR Business Partner ## About Our Client ## Our client is a commodity trading firm. ## Job Description ## * Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to managers and employees across the organization. * Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. * Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. * Lead and support recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. * Manage employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and Swiss labor regulations. * Support organizational changes, restructurings, and workforce planning initiatives as required. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience. * Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. **Please note that payroll management is not part of this role.** ## The Successful Applicant ## * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Significant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner. * Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices. * Proven experience in recruitment and business partnering. * Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Fluent in both **French and English** (written and spoken). ## What's on Offer ## * Exposure to a broad range of HR activities and stakeholders. * Collaborative and international working environment. * Immediate impact within a supportive team.
