DEINE AUFGABEN Du stehst in einem unserer sechs Operationssäle neben unseren Chirurgen und Chirurginnen am Tisch oder dienst zu. Mit Einfühlungsvermögen, vorausschauend und zuverlässig instrumentierst du bei Eingriffen in allen Fachdisziplinen mit Schwergewicht Orthopädie. Du gewährleistest einen optimalen Tagesablauf im zugeteilten Operationssaal und stellst die Instrumente und das Sterilgut für Operationen bereit. Ein weiterer Aufgabenschwerpunkt ist das Sicherstellen der internen und externen Qualitätsansprüche, das Dokumentieren der OP-Eingriffe sowie die Leistungserfassung. Du verstehst es, die wichtigen Schnittstellen zwischen allen beteiligten Akteuren (insbesondere Chirurgen, Anästhesisten, Anästhesiepflege, Lagerungspflege sowie Sterilisationsmitarbeiter) gut zu pflegen, um zugunsten unserer Patienten möglichst reibungslose Abläufe zu ermöglichen. DEIN PROFIL Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung als Dipl. Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF sowie ein fundiertes technisches Fachwissen (Affinität zur Orthopädie). Du agierst kompetent und kannst dich rasch darauf einstellen, wenn etwas nicht abläuft wie ursprünglich geplant. Du verstehst es, in kurzer Zeit und unter Druck die richtigen Prioritäten zu setzen und danach zu handeln. Du läufst dann zu Hochform auf, wenn persönliches Engagement gefragt ist. Du schätzt die Initiative und die Unterstützung durch deine Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen und bist selber bereit, dich für sie einzusetzen.
