The company is recognised for managing large-scale engineering programmes requiring strong technical expertise, project execution and safety performance. ## Job Description ## Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Package Manager : * Manage the electrical systems package throughout project delivery. * Lead site safety activities in collaboration with project and safety teams. * Manage project quality assurance processes and documentation. * Coordinate project schedules with project management, consulting engineers and client requirements. * Control package-related costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, equipment, variations and valuations. * Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. * Participate in project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings and handover meetings. * Support project close-out activities, including final accounts, O&M manuals, safety documentation and QA records. * Produce weekly cost and progress reports. * Identify and communicate project risks, delays and delivery concerns. * Coordinate material deliveries in line with project schedules. * Maintain project photographic records. ## The Successful Applicant ## Successful Candidate for the Electrical Package Manager role : * Trade qualification and/or relevant third-level qualification. * Minimum five years of project management experience. * Proven experience coordinating and managing large installation projects. * Experience dealing with industrial relations matters. * Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements. * Experience within design-and-build project environments. * Good technical understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems. * Strong IT skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work effectively within demanding project deadlines. * Capability to drive large-scale project delivery. ## What's on Offer ## * Opportunity to manage a critical electrical package within a major engineering and construction project. * Broad responsibility covering technical, operational and commercial project activities. * Exposure to complex engineering environments. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders. * High-impact role within a large-scale project delivery environment. * Opportunity to pursue career internationally Quote job ref JN-102026-7122927 Job Function Property, Construction, Facilities Management Specialisation Construction Planning Industry Industrial / Manufacturing Where Zürich Contract Type Permanent Job Reference JN-102026-7122927 Job Nature Home Office
