To make this work, we need a data engine that runs reliably, is cleanly integrated, and enables smart decisions. That is exactly why we are looking for you as a Data Engineer in our Martech & Data team. Your tasks Operation and further development of our data platform (BigQuery, dbt, Airflow on Google Cloud) Building and maintaining data integrations to internal and external systems (HubSpot, Metasfresh, Customer.io, GA4, association and customer interfaces) End-to-end management of data projects: requirements, design, implementation, operation Data modelling and maintenance of data pipelines Analyses and evaluations for the specialist departments, visualisation in BI tools Application of Machine Learning, LLMs and AI where they create impact Consulting and coaching of the specialist departments to ensure data-driven decisions are implemented in daily work What you bring Several years of experience in building data solutions (architecture, engineering) Very good Python and SQL skills Experience with relational data models, cloud services (Google Cloud, AWS or Azure) and data processing tools (e.g. Airflow, Linux) Experience with API interfaces Structured, precise working style with an eye for the big picture Strong communication skills in German and English, understanding of Swiss German Proactive personality who also solves problems they were not originally responsible for It is a plus Experience with dbt and BigQuery Experience with event-based architectures Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning or LLM-based applications Knowledge of Martech solutions (CDP, marketing automation, tracking) Sysadmin know-how for Linux servers What we offer Modern and flexible tool stack (Python, dbt, Google Cloud Services, Gemini, Anthropic) Exciting data case with direct impact on society: your work helps young people in Switzerland find their way into the professional world Close proximity to the business and short decision-making paths in a specialised team Great freedom to implement things Workplace at Zurich main station, home office and flexible working Flat hierarchies and a young, motivated team Sounds like you?
