Your area of responsibility Taking over a portfolio of private and business clients in the context of estate settlement Monitoring, maintaining and developing existing client relationships in the 45+ segment, with a focus on retirement planning, as well as in the business client sector, particularly SMEs Developing and selling customised solutions in the areas of pension provision, wealth accumulation and wealth distribution, as well as in the business client sector Acquiring new clients through systematic market prospecting Representing our company in an attractive sales sector Referring business to our cooperation partners Your strengths Strong sales and advisory skills Successful completion of the industry-specific exam (AFA insurance intermediary, certified insurance and pension advisor IAF) or higher level of education Proven long-standing sales experience in the insurance and finance sector High motivation, goal- and performance-oriented approach Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, sociable character Company description Thanks to personalised pension and financial advice, we support people in preparing their financial future at all stages of life and enable them to build their financial independence to live according to their own choices
