Introduction For the upcoming Winter Season 2026, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our restaurant “1818 Eat & Drink”! Your main tasks - Independently managing a station - Upscale food and beverage service - Setting up and laying the station Your profile - Completed professional training and several years of work experience in Switzerland or abroad - Fluent in English and good knowledge of German and French - Creative personality with a well-groomed appearance - Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills - Resilient and flexible Benefits - Central staff accommodation in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch - Employee, Family & Friends room rates and other benefits (e.g., in the many restaurants of MRH-Zermatt SA hotels) - Exclusive fitness room available for staff, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt - Access to our pool area during staff swim times - Doors open to various courses through a development program, for example with the company Ritzy - Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card - For employees who cannot or do not want to work the full winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we support them in finding a complementary position together with our partner hotels 1818 – Eat & Drink in Zermatt!
