Introduction For the upcoming Winter Season 2027, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie for our restaurant “1818 Eat & Drink”! Your main tasks - Food Preparation & Production - Produce mise en place according to daily menus and production requirements. - Prepare components for restaurant service, room service and special events. - Ensure sufficient mise en place is available before and during service. - Coordinate with other kitchen sections. - Maintain smooth workflow and communication within the kitchen brigade. - Guide and support Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs assigned to the section. - Monitor quality, timing, and presentation during service. - Ensure products are replenished efficiently. - Communicate with Sous Chef and kitchen brigade regarding service requirements. - Comply with all HACCP regulations and food safety standards. - Monitor and record temperatures were required. - Ensure proper storage, labeling, and date marking of all products. - Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages promptly. - Assist with inventory counts and stock control procedures. - Clean cooking equipment, utensils, and preparation areas after use. - Ensure compliance with daily and weekly cleaning schedules. - Monitor cleanliness standards within the section.
