The company operates in a collaborative and innovative environment, striving to maintain a leading position in its industry. ## Job Description ## Workplace Operations & Service Delivery * Coordinate workplace operations across multiple European locations. * Ensure high service standards through effective management of service providers and operational processes. * Monitor supplier performance and support contract implementation and optimization. * Oversee operational rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support refurbishment, relocation, and workplace enhancement projects. * Collaborate with external partners and local stakeholders on operational matters. Transformation & Project Management * Lead workplace transformation and operational improvement projects. * Support the implementation of workplace technologies and digital tools. * Drive process optimization initiatives across multiple countries. * Coordinate change management activities and stakeholder communication. * Track project progress, risks, and key deliverables. * Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership. Stakeholder Management * Partner with regional teams, business leaders, and external vendors. * Promote consistency in workplace standards and operational practices across locations. * Gather and consolidate business requirements to support workplace initiatives. * Facilitate collaboration between local and regional stakeholders. Vendor & Budget Oversight * Support vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management. * Participate in tendering and supplier evaluation processes. * Monitor project and operational budgets.
