Your area of responsibility: The Chief Risk Officer area of Swiss Life Asset Managers ensures that risks at the levels of the Asset Managers Division as well as in the local units are systematically identified, analysed, assessed, monitored and managed. The AM CRO area has a governance function that provides the risk-taking functions with frameworks, reports and advice, thereby ensuring the setting of standards is guaranteed. The team working at the headquarters in Zurich assumes a group function in the cross-border organisation of Swiss Life Asset Managers. Within the team, the disciplines of quantitative risk management for Real Assets and Securities as well as qualitative risk management (QRM) are covered. For the area of quantitative risk management, we are looking as soon as possible for 12 months for a working student (m/f) Risk Management at 60% with the following tasks: · Collaboration and design of Excel or PowerBI-based analysis models and reports as well as presentations · Coordination of cross-country and cross-divisional ad hoc risk analyses · Collaboration in maintaining our risk analysis and performance attribution tool · Preparation and follow-up of cross-country and cross-divisional committees and projects · Support in the preparation of risk reports for the Executive Management Your profile: · Near completion or already completed economic or natural science Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (university, ETH or university of applied sciences) · Knowledge of capital markets and alternative investments and interest in asset management · Precise, structured as well as goal- and result-oriented working style · Quick comprehension and pronounced quality awareness · Communicative and cooperative personality with pleasure in working with various contacts in different countries · Very good written expression in German and English · Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint, are a prerequisite.
