To expand our team in Rotkreuz, we are looking for you as: Foreman Plastering (m/f) Your tasks Carrying out all plastering work indoors and outdoors on new buildings, conversions and renovations Repairs and touch-ups on interior walls and facades of buildings Complete and independent handling of the assigned work on site Documentation of work and orders according to specifications Meetings with clients, site managers, architects, etc. Creating, monitoring and checking time sheets Preparing and checking measurements Ordering materials and their delivery Instruction and leadership of other plasterers on site Site and performance controls as well as quality assurance Motivating employees You bring with you Completed apprenticeship as a plasterer with federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) and further training as a foreman (SMGV) with several years of professional experience in this role Solid specialist knowledge High commitment to performance Decisive with assertiveness Team player and communicative Confident and well-groomed appearance Driving licence Ideal age 25 – 45 years Resident in the Rotkreuz region We offer Varied challenges in a successful and steadily growing company Modern infrastructure Progressive and fair employment conditions Interesting workplace Company vehicle Do you feel addressed?
