Your tasks Induction & Collaboration In your initial phase, you will get to know our internal procedures and processes. You will work closely with the customer service, sales, workshop and warehouse departments and ensure a smooth workflow in daily business. Customer advice & support You competently look after and advise our customers across all channels – in person, by phone and in writing. You handle enquiries and concerns in a solution-oriented and service-conscious manner. Ensuring customer satisfaction You recognise customer needs early and do everything possible to find optimal solutions. A positive customer experience is your top priority. Order processing & coordination You carefully record orders, coordinate their processing and ensure the quality of our services. Your structured way of working and attention to detail are crucial. Team & administrative support You support the team with general administrative tasks, contribute to a well-maintained working environment and promote a positive, collegial atmosphere.
