To strengthen the EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) department for the Domdidier site, which has around 480 employees, we are looking for an independent and motivated Environmental Manager / Environmental Management Officer. Your responsibilities: Within a small team, you are responsible for expanding and developing the environmental management system in a professional production and office environment. You advise and assist all internal contact groups on site regarding environmental protection in the company, particularly concerning sustainability, CO2 emissions, climate neutrality, waste management, etc. You identify environmental aspects and improvement potentials in the production and office environment, and you ensure that internal and external environmental guidelines and KPIs are implemented, complied with, and continuously optimised on site. You plan internal and external audits to maintain and improve environmental management (environmental policy, environmental aspects, environmental impacts) and carry them out independently. You monitor the environmental management system and its processes and continuously develop them. Your profile: A successful education in mechanics, technology, or natural sciences, ideally with professional experience or further training in the environmental field You have knowledge of environmental law and the ISO 14001 environmental management standard Native German or French speaker, with a very good knowledge of the other language Personally, you convince with a strong sense of initiative, organisation, and self-motivation – complemented by an independent and responsible working method.
