We are looking for an 80% executive assistant to support the management and the three HR Services managers. Job Description Provide secretarial and administrative support to the management and HR Services managers, adding value and preparing necessary documents. Welcome, inform, and direct the public and collaborators dealing with management. Plan and carry out administrative tasks: prepare meetings, maintain dashboards and deadlines for addressed issues, and ensure minute-taking. Collaborate with all institution services regarding files handled by the service management and managers. Ensure coordination of information between services. Handle the generic mailbox of the Human Resources Services. Support HR services with drafting tasks (letters, minutes especially those of service interviews, work certificates, etc.). Organise events related to the Human Resources Services autonomously. Provide administrative support for training. Manage HR service invoices (monitoring temporary staff, providers, doctors, etc.).
