Organize external transport services for events. Provide guidance to both internal and external drivers. Skills Experience in transport logistics is essential, event logistics preferred. Valid CE driver’s license with knowledge of load securing. Fluent in German and at least B2 English proficiency. Exciting challenges Scheduling material transports Organising external transport services Professional guidance of truck drivers (internal and external) General administrative tasks such as organising permits for foreign, night and Sunday drives, price calculation and planning of the vehicle fleet Independent execution of transport orders with motor vehicles of category C (>3,500 kg gross weight) as well as assistance with loading and unloading trucks Coordination and partly independent execution of maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle fleet What you bring Experience in transport scheduling is essential and ideally knowledge of event logistics Driving licence category CE including valid driver card and CZV as well as know-how regarding load distribution and securing Technical basic education ideally combined with commercial further training such as commercial school or road transport specialist EFZ Willingness to pitch in Occasional material transports with the truck Willingness to work irregular hours (partly at weekends and abroad) Confident use of MS Office 365 applications German fluent (spoken and written), English (at least level B2) Attractive benefits Culture & values You are part of a family-like team with flat hierarchies.
