ROLE OVERVIEW Balyasny Asset Management is looking for an exceptional Equity analyst to work on a portfolio team in Switzerland. The role will focus on identifying structural themes, relative-value opportunities, and macro-driven dislocations. RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to: Investing and trading in publicly listed equities and relevant derivatives within cyclical markets Generating ideas by conducting top-down and bottoms-up fundamental work Supporting in financial statement analysis, cash flows, balance sheets, and maintaining consensus models Communicating with industry and sell-side contacts QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of relevant experience in an equity research role covering publicly listed companies Passion for public markets investing across cyclical sectors with ability to combine fundamental analysis with macro/thematic views Advanced understanding of accounting / financial statements Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preference for Zug location WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation, inclusive of performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Pathways for professional growth and career development A dynamic and supportive work environment where innovation and collaboration are encouraged Opportunity to be part of building a great business where your efforts are recognized and valued Team work
