Our site in Sisseln is a competence centre for complex and innovative solid dosage forms. Area of responsibility Organisational and personnel management of the analytical development team with 5 employees Conducting method developments, validations and transfers within customer projects Conducting stability studies as part of development Preparation and review of analytical, quality-relevant documents: transfer and validation documents, development reports and analysis instructions, including examination of analytical results Ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory guidelines Close cooperation with other departments in projects (pharmaceutical development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs) as well as with customers and external laboratories Your profile Completed scientific degree (BSc, MSc) Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in a GMP environment Essential experience in leading a small team Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics, especially chromatographic techniques (HPLC/GC) and dissolution as well as other common analytical methods for characterising solid dosage forms GMP knowledge and experience required High level of quality awareness Very good German and English skills, spoken and written Proactive approach in the area of responsibility as well as team-oriented, efficient and implementation-strong working style Open communication and flexibility Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in collaborating with other departments Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a competitive environment?
