Shape the future of snacking with us. Do it with pride. You coordinate maintenance measures for logistics and manage and handle all technical spare parts at the site. Your contribution? You carry out incoming goods inspections and book the goods receipt You prepare the spare parts for collection according to the maintenance orders and book the goods issue You support the inventory led by the MRO analyst You support measures to reduce the inventory value of spare parts You assist technicians in identifying spare parts in SAP You are responsible for all spare parts storage rooms and their storage strategy, taking into account local and MDLZ requirements for 5S and safety You define a clear storage strategy to manage parts separately according to their classification (consumables, emergency parts, electrical spare parts, mechanical spare parts, slow and fast rotating parts, etc.) You ensure that all CAPEX spare parts are stored separately from SAP-managed parts and copied in SAP for their future reordering You coordinate all maintenance tasks for the logistics area What do you need to bring? You bring experience and knowledge such as: Technical training (e.g. electrician, mechanic, agricultural machinery locksmith or similar) Preferably 2-5 years of professional experience in maintenance Ideally already experience in handling technical spare parts Fluent knowledge of German.
