Über uns: Als erfolgreicher Stellvertreter/in des Gruppenleiters Energy und Clean Utilities sind Sie für die Versorgung des Standorts Bern mit Schwarz- und Reinmedien zuständig. **Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:** · Stellvertrerung der Gruppenleitung mit 8-10 Mitarbeitenden · Fachliche Verantwortung u.a. für die Bereiche der Reinmediensysteme, wie Wassersysteme PW, HPW und WFI, sowie Reindampf · Mitarbeit bei Schwarzmediensystemen u.a. Chemikalien, Lösungsmittel, Abwasser, Druckluft. · Planung der Instandhaltung und der Wartungsunterbrüche · Begleitung und Überwachung von externen Partnern · Alarmpikett (1st und 2nd Level) 24/7 · Störungsbehebung, Durchführung von Wartungen und Betreiben der zugewiesenen Anlagen · Optimierung des Anlagenbetriebs · Aufrechterhaltung des qualifizierten Zustands der Anlagen nach cGxP · Ursachensuche und -dokumentation bei Abweichungen, Störungen und Änderungen · Bearbeitung der Wartungsaufträge im SAP · Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltung sowie Planung, Optimierung und Steuerung der Abläufe · Mitarbeit und Umsetzung bei Abläufen/Vorgaben zur Arbeitssicherheit inkl. Arbeitsfreigaben **Weiterhin überzeugen Sie durch folgende Kompetenzen:** · Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Sanitär oder Chemietechnolog mit Fokus auf Planung und Weiterbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann/frau · Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Unterhalt oder Technik · Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld · Gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit Teamgeist · Kommunikationstalent · Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten · Breite PC-Office-Kenntnisse und Anwendung von SAP PM · Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
