The privately run senior centre in the heart of Winterthur offers a living and life space for around 150 residents, where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Wiesengrund Senior Centre is a recognised and popular healthcare facility. As team leader, you take on the personnel, professional and organisational management of a nursing residential group with 37 residents and around 35 employees. Together with the responsible nursing expert/APN, you form a tandem and ensure professional, needs-oriented care and nursing.
