Workshop Team Leader (a) For our dynamic team in Weiningen ZH, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a strong leader, team-oriented and reliable personality as Workshop Team Leader. Your tasks Leading the workshop team Planning and coordinating workshop activities Sales of all workshop services Responsible for the training of apprentices You repair and maintain commercial vehicles according to guidelines You create fault diagnoses and seek solutions for technical problems You support the workshop team in all technical matters Your profile Training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ or related profession Further training as an automotive diagnostician completed, planned or already in training as well as trainer course Experience in repairing vehicles of all kinds, preferably commercial vehicles Broad expertise in mechanics and electronics as well as enthusiasm for the latest technology Interest in continuous further education to keep pace with the rapid development of the latest technologies Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working and procedural approach Valid driving licence category B (category C advantageous, otherwise you have the opportunity to complete this with us) You communicate fluently in the German language Excited and curious for more?
